Head of School

Bill Wilmot received his BA majoring in Liberal Arts, from St. John's College in Annapolis, MD, with a focus on philosophy and the history of science and math. He earned an Ed.M in School Leadership, specializing in School Development from Harvard Graduate School of Education. He taught math, science, and music in grades 5-9 in a variety of charter and district schools. He has also worked as a consultant for charter and pilot schools, including developing a middle school program for Seacoast.

Bill is also a violinist and is fascinated by the cognitive connections between the arts and academics. As an intersection of this interest and his teaching, he is constantly looking to expand the pedagogy of science, math, and all subject areas in light of the working and thinking of artists.

Assistant Head of School

Peter has over 18 years in education, in various settings as a teacher and

educational leader. He received his Bachelor's Degree from the City

University of New York in Health / Science Education, he received his

Master's Degree in Environmental Education from Antioch University, his

Doctorate in Teacher Leadership from Walden University is in progress. Peter

loves to be a part of students' growth as they discover exciting and unique

aspects of themselves and the world around them. Peter is a strong student

and family advocate and enjoys helping students  and families connect with

their community. In his free time Peter enjoys, hiking, being outdoors,

music, tai chi and growing and eating organic food.
